IT’S ALL IN THE EXPERIENCE!
The most awesome thing just happened to me and it made me feel so great that I actually had to stop what I was doing to write this blog post – it was that awesome.
Some of you may remember a past blog post I had written about a bad hair stylist experience (for those of you who didn’t get a chance to read it you can find it here) and know that I am picky about my hair. Since my last experience, I have found a new stylist and it’s been smooth sailing – but what happened today just took my experience to a whole other level.
I decided to treat myself to a new style today and called on short notice – yes, I’m one of those – to see when my stylist was available over the next few weeks. Unfortunately, she was booked when I was free and free when I was booked, which came as no surprise to me on such short notice.
Here’s the best part.
After hanging up, the salon soon called me back and said my stylist would come in ON HER DAY OFF to do my hair. Just for me. I’m still reeling.
We tell our clients all of the time that their brand is the most precious thing they have and that it includes not only the company but also the employees within that company. We also tell them that their brand, essentially, is what people say about them when they are not in the room.
Well, Andrea you (and everyone on the JC Styling team) are amazing and I’ll see you on Saturday.
