As a brand and marketing studio, when the owners of one of the premier Island locations for music and dining walk through your door looking for a logo and a website – you feel very fortunate. The Trailside Café has been a favourite spot for musicians to play for years. Emerging artists, industry leaders, and legends alike, love playing the Trailside. Getting the opportunity to work with Pat and Meghann on the Trailside Café logo and website was a rewarding experience that brought out the best in our design and marketing team.
We created a logo that embodies the history and ’boutique feel’ of the Trailside Café through font use, layout, colours, and illustration. Our imaginations were running wild with ideas for branding, and it led us to create an accompanying stamp for use on items that sit within the four walls of the Trailside. The official logo and stamp mark create a visual brand that has depth, and is application minded.
Our vision of a deeply coloured website which amplifies the vibrant photos of food, music, and fun married well with the content, and individuality of the Trailside. A custom site menu with different images captures just the right amount of ‘quirk’ to represent the feel of the venue. One look at their website, and you will know what they’re all about. Now, all you have to do is book your seats for one of their concerts, and grab a meal!
